Changes in the schedule are highlighted in yellow. The only major change is the addition of a rehearsal on 3/13/20.
We have added our annual MS half-day rehearsal to the schedule as we have found this rehearsal on the half-day successful and tons of fun for all cast and crew as the excitement builds towards the opening of the show!
Please also note that 3-13-20 is the day when our Frozen MS cast performs at the MJCCA Shabbat Sings and at the Weinstein School. For this day of outreach into the community, MS cast member will wear their Frozen show shirts and jeans.

SHOES
Please do not send any students to rehearsal in
flip flops or crocs. Students must be in closed-toed shoes. This is
for actors' and crews' safety.
CREW
Crew are expected at Sunday rehearsals (we
have rehearsals every Sunday except President’s Day Weekend) and all rehearsals
the weeks of March 9th through the end of the show on March 24th.
PIZZA & SNACKS
Starting on February 23rd,
we will be giving all the actors snacks as rehearsals are longer in duration. 3rd-8th grade
will be able to order pizza at this time.

Almost 150 Mechina through eighth grade students will participate in this performance both on stage and as members of the crew, not to mention more than 50 Davis Academy alumni who will be returning to school to work with students as part of our alumni mentor program.

We will once again have an online reservation process for Sponsor Seating, which will open on February 11th at 8:00 am and will close at February 25th at 8:00 am. Sponsor reservations are available in advance of public ticket sales, which will begin in the pre-dawn hours of February 27th.
