THE FIRST SUNDAY REHEARSAL IS THIS SUNDAY, 1/23 FOR OUR MIDDLE SCHOOL CAST & CREW.
Our first ALL Cast Sunday rehearsal for grades K- 8 is on Sunday, 1/30.

* You may arrive as early as 9:50 am, should you wish to arrive a few minutes early*
PLEASE REPORT TO THE THEATRE AFTER BEING DROPPED OFF IN THE REGULAR CARPOOL LINE!
STUDENTS SHOULD ENTER AT THE CARPOOL DOOR.

FYI FOR THE FIRST SUNDAY REHEARSAL
What do I need to know about THIS Sunday's rehearsal?
- Sunday rehearsals are tremendously fun!
- They always take place on the Lower School Campus in the theatre and Arts Wing.
- All pickup and drop-off will be done through the carpool lobby at the lower school promptly at 12:30 pm.
- The carpool lobby door is the first set of double doors when you come around the bend on the LS campus/located on the south part of campus.
- Please form a single-file line in our carpool lane for pick-up.
- Please pack a water bottle for all the practices.
- MS for THIS SUNDAY please pack a snack.
- Our rehearsal time is only 2.5 hours so we will not be taking a lunch break. Please plan accordingly and eat breakfast prior to arriving at 10am or get lunch after 12:30pm.
- Please note that there will be no food or drinks permitted in the theatre at any time. In addition, there is no eating or drinking in the atrium.
- Bring a jacket if it is cold as we will be eating snacks outside in the dining patio area.
- THE CREW may stay for whatever duration of Sunday rehearsal you would like.
- Should you arrive after carpool concludes or need to pick up early, you will need to call the theatre sound booth phone (678-527-3328) to let us know you are at the front door. There will not always be someone near the booth phone (or checking email), so the best plan is to please come and leave at the designated times. Please keep this at a minimum as we want to make the most out of our practice time
ALL CAST & CREW PAJAMA REHEARSAL DAY THIS SUNDAY!
ALL Cast & Crew may wear appropriate PJs to rehearsal this Sunday if you would like. Please remember to wear shoes in which you can dance.
