UPDATED LS & MS REHEARSAL SCHEDULES & 'WHERE DO THEY STAND" LS CAST INFORMATION FOR TICKETS

UPDATED REHEARSAL SCHEDULES

The weeks are flying by and we have quite a bit of choreography, songs, and blocking to learn.

Please see our updated schedule with time changes that affect our 3rd-8th grade cast members.

LS MARCH UPDATED SCHEDULE (CLICK HERE)

  • GRADES M-2
    • There are no changes to the Mechina- 2nd-grade schedule- they have learned all of their songs, dances, and parts- now we are working to commit everything to memory!
  • GRADES 3 & 4
    • 3rd & 4th graders are asked to stay until 4:45 pm this Thursday and until 5:30pm on Thursday, March 10th.
  • 5th GRADE
    • 5th grade is asked to stay until 5:30 this Thursday and next Thursday, March 10. 5th grade is also invited to join the MS Cast from 12 to 2pm this Friday during the MS Cast's half-day rehearsal.
  • The Sunday times have an open invite for 3rd-5th graders to stay for additional rehearsal time if they are behind on their dances or would like to keep practicing their songs/dances. Please read the green highlighted section of the updated schedule.

MS MARCH UPDATED SCHEDULE (click on the link here)

The MS cast has advocated and asked for two additional rehearsals to be added to the schedule as they are behind in songs and dances due to late arrivals, leaving early, and various rehearsal unexpected absences which have put us behind in our schedule as things are taking much longer to learn and get through and it has deeply impacted our success as a whole show & cast.

Thursday, March 3rd, and Thursday, March 10 rehearsals have been added from dismissal until 5:30pm. Those who are in Decibelles or study hall may elect to walk down with me  (Ms. Kendrick) at 2:50 pm to the Lower School to rehearse.

MS cast please note the TBD sections of the Sunday rehearsals on 3/6 and 3/13 have been filled in!

STAR WALL
We are once again going to be creating a STAR WALL to feature our amazing young thespians. By Sunday, March 6th, please send in a 4x6, 5x7, or 8x10 headshot/school picture/close up photo of your child (only your child in the picture please), with their name and grade printed on BOTH the back of the picture and the envelope you submit it in. You may drop this off at Sunday practices or leave it with the front desk of either campus. Please write on the envelope Frozen Star Wall; Attn. Ms. Kendrick

WEARABLE TECHNOLOGY UPDATE

In an effort to minimize distractions during rehearsal, we need your help getting our cast "offline" while "on-stage". M-8th Students should not wear any Bluetooth devices to the remaining rehearsals (including shows) and should leave them at home.  These devices can also affect our sound system. Thank you for your assistance with this!

A Final Word about the Next 3 Weeks

Image result for please read important messageWe are once again looking forward to sharing the magic, joy and hard work of over 120 students with you in 21 days.
The limited time we have left means every practice, hour and minute is important.
We are rapidly approaching the mandatory practices of March, this means staying for the entirety of your participant's call times. The early dismissals and late arrivals can disrupt scenes, blocking, and choreography. It is essential to attend these rehearsals in full.

We are looking forward to a fabulous few weeks before a tremendous show!

We invite you to support our upcoming musical production and our theatre and fine arts programs in a special way. Your patronage allows us to maintain our artistic excellence and provides the professional expertise, artistic materials and supplies necessary to produce an all-school Broadway-style, student-centered production as outstanding as Frozen, Jr.
