What a fabulous week of rehearsals we are having and we look forward to being all together again this Sunday!

- A snack for rehearsals that are LONGER than 2 hours.
- A lunch for rehearsals that are LONGER than 3.5 hours
- Please make sure to eat breakfast prior to coming to rehearsal!
- Please follow our nut-free policies regarding food brought to school.
- Comfortable clothing
- Layer your clothing. Sometimes it is cold in the theatre, sometimes it is warm. :)
- At some rehearsals, we will have themed days.
- Please do not send any participants to rehearsal in flip-flops or crocs. Students must be in closed-toed shoes. This is for actors' and crews' safety.
- Sunday rehearsals are fun- the whole cast & crew get to be together! :)
- They always take place on the Lower School Campus.
- All pickup and drop-off will be done through the carpool lobby at the lower school. Please form a single-file line in our carpool lane for pick up.
- THE CREW may stay for whatever duration of Sunday rehearsal they would like to.
- Should you arrive after carpool concludes or need to pick up early, you will need to call the theatre sound booth phone (678-527-3328) to let us know you are at the front door.
- There will not always be someone near the booth phone (or checking email), so the best plan is to please come and leave at the designated times. Please keep this at a minimum as we want to make the most out of our practice time.

MIDDLE SCHOOL REHEARSAL SCHEDULE FOR FEBRUARY 22 THROUGH MARCH 22, 2022
This schedule includes the tech week and show week schedule that was posted at the time of auditions & is linked under the schedules tab to the right of this blog post.
Please note in years past, our middle school weekly rehearsals included a third "after-school hours" day of rehearsals about three weeks out from tech week. This year, we are not adding a third weekly rehearsal day. All weekly rehearsals will remain on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the MS cast (save for our annual Friday half-day rehearsal on 3/4/22 which is within regular school hours/not after school hours)
Since we have shortened the weekly rehearsal schedule this year by starting rehearsals later than normal/not scheduling our cast members on Monday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons for the duration of the Frozen rehearsal experience leading up to tech week, keeping the majority of times around 5:45 pm dismissal until now, and by reducing our Sunday rehearsal schedule by 2 Sundays this year, to make it more compact, efficient, and accessible to everyone's calendar, it is vital that everyone attend every rehearsal for which they are called in its entirety from now until the show closes. Every absence and early leave affects our staging of the show and our collaborative success as we move into 6-ish weeks until opening!
If you put down weekly or weekend conflicts on your audition & registration form, you are excused from these times/days (we always excuse illness) but we are increasingly seeing cast members who did not put conflicts on their availability calendar at the time of auditioning/casting and are consistently leaving rehearsals early or not attending on certain days.
