THIS SUNDAY'S (1/30) 

IS OUR FIRST ALL-CAST REHEARSAL. 

 WE ARE SO EXCITED TO HAVE EVERYONE TOGETHER!

Sunday, January 30, 2022	10:00-12:00 pm	ALL LS CAST*
	10:00-1:30 pm	M-2 Mentors & MS Dance Captains of LS
	10:30-1:30 pm	All MS Cast
* 5TH GRADERS ARE INVITED TO STAY UNTIL 1:30 PM IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO REHEARSE LONGER. PLEASE EMAIL MS.KENDRICK IF YOUR 5TH GRADER WILL BE STAYING LATE.

ALL CAST & CREW  PAJAMA REHEARSAL DAY THIS SUNDAY!  

ALL Cast & Crew may wear appropriate PJs to rehearsal this Sunday if you would like. Please remember to wear shoes in which you can dance.

HEALTH & SAFETY REMINDER 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CAST OR CREW MEMBER TO SUNDAY REHEARSALS IF: 

• A CAST or CREW MEMBER IS:
• FEELING UNWELL, ILL and/or HAS A FEVER of 100.4  or HIGHER
• AWAITING A COVID TEST RESULT

• A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER HAS TESTED POSITIVE 

 

What do I need to bring to Sunday rehearsals?

• An extra mask
• Your Frozen Script
• A water bottle
• A snack for rehearsals that are LONGER than 2 hours.
• A lunch for rehearsals that are LONGER than 3.5 hours
• Please make sure to eat breakfast prior to coming to rehearsal!
• Please follow our nut-free policies regarding food brought to school. 

What should we wear?

• Comfortable clothing
• Layer your clothing. Sometimes it is cold in the theatre, sometimes it is warm. :) 
• At some rehearsals, we will have themed days such as Pajama Day on 1/30. 
• Please do not send any participants to rehearsal in flip-flops or crocs. Students must be in closed-toed shoes. This is for actors' and crews' safety. 

What do I need to know about Sunday rehearsals?

• Sunday rehearsals are fun- the whole cast & crew get to be together! :) 
• They always take place on the Lower School Campus.

• All pickup and drop-off will be done through the carpool lobby at the lower school.  Please form a single-file line in our carpool lane for pick up.

• THE CREW may stay for whatever duration of Sunday rehearsal they would like to. 

• Should you arrive after carpool concludes or need to pick up early, you will need to call the theatre sound booth phone (678-527-3328) to let us know you are at the front door. 

• There will not always be someone near the booth phone (or checking email), so the best plan is to please come and leave at the designated times. Please keep this at a minimum as we want to make the most out of our practice time.

It's that time to start costuming and fill out costume sizing forms for our Lower School Cast Members!

PLEASE FILL OUT BY NEXT SUNDAY 1/30.

Please do not guess at your sizes or measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, please size UP as we can alter and take in costumes if needed. 

SUNDAY 1/23 REHEARSAL INFORMATON FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL

 

THE FIRST SUNDAY REHEARSAL IS THIS SUNDAY, 1/23 FOR OUR MIDDLE SCHOOL CAST & CREW.

Our first ALL Cast Sunday rehearsal for grades K- 8 is on Sunday, 1/30. 

Tuesday's blog post will contain more information about our all cast Sunday rehearsals and FAQs about Sundays in general. 

THE NEXT POST WILL BE THIS SUNDAY 1/23- 

it will contain the lower school rehearsal schedule for February and March & lower school costume form information.

* You may arrive as early as 9:50 am, should you wish to arrive a few minutes early*

PLEASE REPORT TO THE THEATRE AFTER BEING DROPPED OFF  IN THE REGULAR CARPOOL LINE! 

STUDENTS SHOULD ENTER AT THE CARPOOL DOOR. 
Please do not drop off at the gym door or main lobby.

FYI  FOR THE FIRST SUNDAY REHEARSAL

What do I need to know about THIS Sunday's rehearsal?

• Sunday rehearsals are tremendously fun!
• They always take place on the Lower School Campus in the theatre and Arts Wing. 

• All pickup and drop-off will be done through the carpool lobby at the lower school promptly at 12:30 pm. 
• The carpool lobby door is the first set of double doors when you come around the bend on the LS campus/located on the south part of campus. 
• Please form a single-file line in our carpool lane for pick-up.

• Please pack a water bottle for all the practices. 
• MS for THIS SUNDAY please pack a snack. 
• Our rehearsal time is only 2.5 hours so we will not be taking a lunch break. Please plan accordingly and eat breakfast prior to arriving at 10am or get lunch after 12:30pm.
•  Please note that there will be no food or drinks permitted in the theatre at any time. In addition, there is no eating or drinking in the atrium. 
• Bring a jacket if it is cold as we will be eating snacks outside in the dining patio area. 

• THE CREW may stay for whatever duration of Sunday rehearsal you would like.
