IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SUNDAY

  • PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR DESIGNATED CALL TIME.

  • PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE BACK DOORS OF THE THEATRE AT DROP-OFF. THIS AREA IS  LOCATED BY THE BASEBALL FIELD/OUTDOOR DINING AREA.

  • All cast members and crew should bring water/ water bottles tomorrow to stay hydrated. A snack will be provided.

  • M-2 cast members are welcome to bring a coloring book/crayons to color during the show while they are waiting in their rooms.

  • Mechina- 2nd grade needs to arrive promptly at 12:15 pm and report to the stage promptly at their call time so that the entire cast M-8 can run their bows prior to the house opening and audience entering the theatre at 12:30 pm. After M-2nd grade runs their bows, they will head to their respective rooms to get dressed in costume.



  • PLEASE REVIEW OUR HEALTH & SAFETY REMINDERS &  REFER TO OUR UPDATED  SCHOOL PROTOCOLS FOR ANY QUESTIONS.

  • VOLUNTEER SPREADSHEET LINK
    • There are cue lists in each of our M-4 grade rooms which tell you when each group needs to be brought down for their numbers and where they should go. 
    • Every child's costume is labeled and has been assorted with their proper items. Please help keep each child's costume/items together during the show.
    • There is a script in each of our M - 4th-grade rooms so that you may follow along with the live stream which will be on in each room.
    • When you arrive, please report directly to the grade level room in which you have signed up to volunteer.

        • 5th-8th Grade Girls (Room 135 and 137 )
        • Merchandise and Water Sales (Media Center)
      • We need volunteers in several rooms for several shows; the most pressing is the 1st and 2nd-grade room for tomorrow at 1pm and Mechina and Kindergarten room at 7pm. It takes a wonderful, huge, “all-in” supportive village to help our students shine on the stage and our room parent volunteers play a vital part in the children’s success on stage and their experience on show days. Please take a look and sign up for any green spot/pressing need on the VOLUNTEER SPREADSHEET LINK.
  • ALL LS CAST should be picked up & leave between their 1pm and 7pm Sunday shows and return at their call time for the Sunday 7pm show.
  • LS Cast members should be picked up from their respective dressing rooms.
  • Please make arrangements for lunch and meals in between shows.
  • MS CAST & CREW may stay or leave Sunday. 
    • If you stay, pack a meal and extra snacks to eat.
    • If you leave, go get food & eat before your next call time.
  • Reminder- please do not send your child in with wearable technology on their wrists. Thank you!

MS CAST NOTES:

ALL MS CAST PLEASE APPLY YOUR OWN SKIN TONE FOUNDATION PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.  You must also have your compression undergarments on!


     No Jewelry- Please do not wear or send your children with any bracelets, hair ties, rings…etc. 

Funky Town J - All students are strongly encouraged to bring/wear deodorant as this will be a long day under the lights.

·     Nails - If you want to do your nails, pick a color that matches your costumes. Otherwise, please leave your nails plain.

·    Hydrate – Everyone should bring a nice-sized water bottle so that they can stay hydrated throughout the run.
